Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description:

  • We are searching for an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our Finance team and provide general accounts support and direction to the team, whilst actively developing effective systems of financial accountability.

Duties & responsibilities:

Should also be able to:

  • HR Analyst and Reporting experience, enough to provide advice, improved reporting in a large complex organization;
  • Proven experience with developing reports and using data analysis to assist with HR and business decisions; 
  • Ability to work with multiple systems with advanced excel skills; 
  • Demonstrated expertise with HR data analysis, metrics, insights, reporting and presentations;
  • Sound understanding of human resources policies and procedures;
  • High attention to detail and well organized individual that can manage multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience                                        
  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • ACCA or CA finalist would be preferred
