Morning Shift

Job Description:

  • SBT is in search of a resource who can handle the legal matters for them.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • To advise Senior Management on all legal matters
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the organization
  • Assess the legal risk that may arise during organization's business activities and ensure that organizations activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • To provide solutions within legal framework for smooth achievement of business objectives
  • Provide legal opinion to other departments
  • Draft Business contracts and agreements
  • Review contracts and agreements
  • To Co-ordinate with the local authorities, external law firms on court proceedings.
  • Reply to legal notices
  • Follow-up on law suites/litigation

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • 2-5 years of experience

Skills Required

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
  • Excellent Problem solving  
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
