Morning Shift

Job Description:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic Business Developers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Building strong coordination and seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling
  • Managing assigned call target
  • Develop & help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact
  • Explains products and services of the assigned client
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up on a timely basis
  • Other tasks given by the company from time to time.
  • Ensuring discipline within the team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification "O-Levels/Matriculation"
  • Experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role would be a plus

Skills Required

  • Excellent Proficiency in Filipino Language
  • Effective communication, negotiation and selling skills
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Strong command over research and market trend analysis
