We are looking for enthusiastic Business Developers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
Duties & responsibilities:
Building strong coordination and seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling
Managing assigned call target
Develop & help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact
Explains products and services of the assigned client
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up on a timely basis
Other tasks given by the company from time to time.
Ensuring discipline within the team.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification "O-Levels/Matriculation"
Experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role would be a plus
Excellent Proficiency in Russian Language
Effective communication, negotiation and selling skills
Fast learner and passion for sales
Strong command over research and market trend analysis
