Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description:

  • Employee Relations Executive/Specialists perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Key responsibilities:

  • Counsels employees regarding work problems
  • Liaising between employees and management
  • Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
  • Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management.
  • Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical insurance, PF, and EOBI, and enrolls workers in specified programs
  • Audits benefit accounts and examines records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Highly developed organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in an employer branding role
