Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

Duties & responsibilities:

Should also be able to:

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and honesty
  • Knowledge of contemporary people and performance strategies and systems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders to enable you to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business
  • Strong systems knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Payroll), HRIS system knowledge desirable
  • Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
  • High level of adaptability and ability to take initiative
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
  • Strong Management Reporting skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist or specialist HR role in a large organization.
