We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Duties & responsibilities:
True HR Business Partnering role with a key focus on stakeholder engagement with leaders and employees in the organization
Work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to develop departmental goals, objectives, and systems, contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Partnering with key stakeholders to provide HR guidance/advice, (coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions) for their area of the business
Foster positive working relationships with the senior managers of the business to proactively identify People and Culture needs to assist leaders to build the right culture and capabilities of their people to achieve business objectives.
Solid understanding of HR key metrics used within HR and proven ability to ensure all metrics are met.
Identify gaps, and implement operational and process improvements
Provide input on department restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Participate in change management projects and HR-related communication.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and honesty
Knowledge of contemporary people and performance strategies and systems
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders to enable you to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business
Strong systems knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Payroll), HRIS system knowledge desirable
Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
High level of adaptability and ability to take initiative
Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
Strong Management Reporting skills
Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist or specialist HR role in a large organization.
