HR Executive - Recruitment

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other sources
  • Initial screening of the candidates through telephonic interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Pitching the offers to successful candidates based on budget, experience, & skills.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Coordination with different departments for employer branding, smooth recruitment process, system updation and changes in careers page.
  • Maintaining and updating new employee records in recruitment database.

Should also be able to:

  • Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
