Job Description:

  • We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company.

Duties & responsibilities:

Should also be able to:

  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment 
  • Experience working in complex environments/organizations and managing complex projects with a focus on meeting deadlines 
  • Results driven by a strong work ethic with an ability to identify and meet operational and strategic deadlines 
  • Demonstrated proactive consultation and collaboration with stakeholders and customers to drive continuous improvement, aimed at delivering exceptional, fit for purpose recruitment services 
  • Customer and candidate centric approach to in managing internal customer and candidate expectations, needs and requirements  
  • The ability to relate and communicate with people in a wide variety of roles and industries

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a proactive recruitment position within a medium sized organization 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment/Resourcing Manager within a large organization, along with significant experience in developing recruitment/sourcing strategies
