Outbound Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. 

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • To convert a customer into a successful lead
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification "O-Levels/Matriculation"
  • Experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role would be a plus

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • US Accent is preferred
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
