Morning Shift

Job Description:

  • The purpose is to act as a support function for the sales operations in order to improve the overall process.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Monitoring & Evaluation of  Sales Calls
  • Conduct Counselling & Training Sessions.
  • Dual Resolution Investigations.
  • Sales Activity Monitoring & Investigations.
  • System Activity Monitoring.
  • Daily Reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of Quality Control/Assurance (Call center based)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Skills Required

  • Perfect command of the English language (verbal and written both)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Hands-on experience of CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
