  • To conduct training & coaching sessions with the Sales Team to help them improve their skills.
  • Preparation & execution of weekly call reviews and calibration sessions with the QA team.
  • Dual Resolution Investigations.
  • Sales Activity Monitoring & Investigations. 
  • System Activity Monitoring.
  • Preparation of comparison & analytical Adhoc reports.
